Administrative Assistant job application at the Hungarian House
The Hungarian House of Toronto invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant as a local employee.

- have at least a secondary education;
- you have at least 2 years' experience in a similar field;
- you communicate well in English and Hungarian, both orally and in writing;
- you are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook mail system;
- you perform your tasks with precision and are able to meet deadlines;
- you adapt easily to change;
- you carry out your duties in a friendly, conscientious and reliable manner;
- you can work independently, but you also like to work in a team and have no problem working with others.
Tasks:
- assisting with the running of the Hungarian House in Toronto;
- support for the Board of Directors;
- keeping records of contracts, invoices, tenders and other documents;
- filing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail;
- answering incoming emails, drafting outgoing emails;
- answer incoming phone calls, make outgoing calls;
- organising and participating in the organisation of events;
- support works related to the functioning of the Hungarian school;
- filing invoices, preparing them for accounting.
